Job Title: IT Technician – Tray Rack Installations
Location: Województwo Dolnośląskie, Poland
Type: Contract / Full-time (depending on project needs)

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled IT Technician to join our installation team in Dolnośląskie, Poland. The successful candidate will be responsible for tray rack installations and related technical tasks within data centers and IT infrastructure environments. This role requires hands-on technical ability, precision, and the capability to work within strict timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, mount, and secure tray racks according to project specifications.
  • Assist with the organization and routing of cables within racks and trays.
  • Ensure proper labeling and documentation of installed infrastructure.
  • Perform site preparation and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with project managers, engineers, and other technicians.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical and installation issues on-site.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in proper condition.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in IT hardware installations, cabling, or data center environments.
  • Basic knowledge of networking and IT infrastructure.
  • Ability to read and follow technical drawings and installation guidelines.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Physically able to lift and install racks and related equipment.
  • Good communication skills in English or Polish (both is a plus).
  • Valid work authorization in Poland.
  • Willingness to travel within the Dolnośląskie region as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in IT cabling or hardware installation (e.g., CompTIA, BICSI, or equivalent).
  • Previous experience in data center tray rack installation projects.
  • Familiarity with health & safety procedures in construction/IT environments.
