Market Consultation – Unified Support (Microsoft)

We are looking for an experienced professional to support a market consultation process focused on Microsoft Unified Support services. This role is aimed at helping the organization assess, analyze, and structure requirements around Microsoft Unified Support, ensuring the best value and alignment with business needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing the market consultation process for Microsoft Unified Support

• Engaging with stakeholders to capture business and technical requirements

• Analyzing Microsoft licensing, service agreements, and support options

• Preparing documentation and reporting insights for decision-making

• Advising on procurement strategy and vendor engagement

• Ensuring compliance with procurement and IT governance standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Microsoft Unified Support and/or Microsoft licensing models

• Strong understanding of IT service management, procurement, and vendor negotiations

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and deliver clear, structured advice

• Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)

• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant professional experience in IT consultancy, procurement, or vendor management
