We are launching an Opportunity for the selection of three brokers who can support us in the recruitment, selection, and delivery of highly qualified ICT specialists. The framework agreement will have a duration of four (4) years.

Scope of Services

  • Recruiting and selecting ICT professionals across various domains.

  • Offering qualified candidates in line with specific client requirements.

  • Acting as a trusted partner in ICT hiring processes.

  • Ensuring timely delivery of suitable candidates to meet organizational needs.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated expertise in broker services for ICT recruitment.

  • Proven track record in sourcing and delivering qualified ICT specialists.

  • Strong market knowledge and access to relevant ICT talent pools.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

  • Fluency in Dutch is required.
