About the Role

We are looking for an Interim Hiring Manager (IHM) with proven expertise in recruiting ICT specialists. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end hiring process, from identifying needs to selecting and onboarding qualified professionals. You will collaborate with hiring managers and act as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition in the ICT domain.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute full recruitment cycles for ICT positions.

• Translate business needs into clear job requirements.

• Build and maintain candidate pipelines across ICT specialisms.

• Select, interview, and propose the best-matching candidates.

• Advise stakeholders on market availability, hiring timelines, and recruitment strategies.

• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulations.

Requirements

• Professional fluency in Dutch (C1/C2 level).

• Proven experience in ICT recruitment or hiring management.

• Strong understanding of the Dutch labor market and ICT talent pool.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work independently in a structured and results-driven manner.
