About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Mendix Developer to take the lead on ongoing projects and enhancements within our digital transformation initiatives. As the onsite lead, you’ll coordinate between business stakeholders and the offshore team, driving design, solutioning, and delivery excellence.

You will play a key role in shaping enterprise-grade applications using Mendix and ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and integration with existing systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of Mendix applications.

• Act as the onsite coordinator between business and offshore teams.

• Develop and enhance enterprise applications with strong database design and structure.

• Integrate Mendix solutions with legacy and modern frameworks.

• Collaborate with business users to translate requirements into technical solutions.

• Test, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.

• Provide technical and strategic input to increase business value through Mendix solutions.

Requirements

✅ 10+ years of total IT experience, with strong Mendix development expertise.
✅ Proven experience building and supporting enterprise applications.
✅ Strong understanding of database design, integration, and architecture.
✅ Excellent communication and leadership skills; capable of managing offshore coordination.
✅ Immediate availability preferred.
✅ Based in the Netherlands or able to work onsite in Amsterdam.
