🚀 Project Support Officer – Competence Development (EdTech)

📍 Hybrid (Netherlands) | ⏰ 16–24 hrs/week | 🗓️ Start ASAP

We’re looking for a proactive and organized Project Support Officer to help roll out an innovative competence-development and e-portfolio system for university students. You’ll work closely with our central and departmental project teams to keep the initiative running smoothly, gather feedback, and turn insights into action.

✅ What You’ll Do

• Support the project lead and departmental teams with coordination, documentation, and reporting.

• Facilitate pilot implementations across university departments.

• Organize meetings and stakeholder sessions, collect feedback, and help analyze results.

• Contribute your process insights and proactive ideas to improve project outcomes.

• Ensure clear communication and alignment across all project partners.

🎓 What You Bring

• Higher education background and a strong interest in EdTech.

• 2+ years of experience in a Project Support, Coordination, or similar role.

• Experience with competence or feedback tools (e.g. FeedbackFruits) is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal), including English.

• Analytical and structured thinker who can turn input into action.

• Hands-on, proactive, and effective in a collaborative, project-based environment.

📄 Contract Details

• Location: Netherlands (Hybrid – onsite as needed)

• Hours: 16–24 hrs/week

• Start date: ASAP

• Duration: Until 1 May 2026 (extension possible to 31 Dec 2026 or beyond)

• Includes 2-month trial period

🇳🇱 Residency & Security Requirements

• Hold a valid Dutch passport

• Must hold or be eligible for VGB (Dutch government security clearance)
