GCP Data Engineer

Start Date: November 1, 2025 | Duration: 4 months

About the Role:

We’re looking for a GCP Data Engineer skilled in Teradata, BigQuery, and data modeling to design, optimize, and migrate large-scale data solutions to the cloud while supporting multiple concurrent projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize data warehouses using Teradata utilities (BTEQ, TPT, FastLoad, etc.).

Build and migrate data solutions to Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Analyze, extract, and transform data efficiently using advanced SQL and programming (Python/Java).

Support upgrades, backups, recovery, and data migration processes.

Collaborate across teams, managing time effectively across multiple initiatives.

Requirements:

6–8 years’ experience in data engineering (5+ years in Teradata).

Hands-on with GCP, BigQuery, MS SQL Server, and Informatica.

Strong knowledge of data modeling and Teradata optimization.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
