About the Role

Join a high-performing FINANCE end-to-end squad responsible for delivering major platforms, including:

✅ Billing 2.0

✅ XRDJ

✅ HIPPOS V3 replacement across 15 countries & 2 competence centers

You’ll play a strategic leadership role in designing, developing, and ensuring the scalability and sustainability of key finance applications. This includes incident resolution, continuous improvements, and driving modernization across the domain.

What You’ll Do

Lead development of critical application features using Spring Boot & Angular 13+

Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices

Assess risks to ensure solutions remain viable and future-proof

Guide and mentor junior/medior developers

Collaborate closely with Product Owners & Scrum Master

Work cross-functionally with designers and stakeholders to refine requirements

Stay up to date with latest Angular advancements and champion technical innovation

Contribute to roadmap planning and architecture evolution

Maintain clear, transparent daily communication with the squad

Report to the Chapter Lead

What We’re Looking For

✅ 8–10 years of software engineering experience

✅ Strong expertise in Spring Boot & Angular 13+

✅ Experience building secure, scalable enterprise applications

✅ Proven capability in leadership and mentoring responsibilities

✅ Strength in Agile/Scrum environments and stakeholder alignment

Mandatory Requirements

🛂 Hold a valid Dutch passport

🗣 Fluent Dutch (C1+) & strong English communication

🔒 Active VGB clearance
