We are seeking an experienced TIBCO AMX BPM Developer with strong solution design expertise and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. The ideal candidate will work onsite in Amsterdam, collaborating closely with cross-functional agile DevOps teams to deliver high-quality business process management solutions.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Design and develop solutions using TIBCO AMX BPM, ensuring robust and scalable process implementations.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define, document, and deliver BPM workflows.

Integrate systems using Web Services (SOAP/REST) and manage data using JSON, XML, and SQL.

Work within an Agile/DevOps environment, participating in sprints, reviews, and continuous delivery activities.

Engage directly with customers, providing technical input and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Demonstrate curiosity and adaptability by learning new tools and technologies as required.

🧩 Required Skills & Experience

8–10 years of relevant development experience.

Proven expertise with TIBCO AMX BPM (solution design focus).

Knowledge of TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW) is an advantage.

Strong proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, JSON, XML, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).

Excellent communication skills and experience in customer-facing roles.

Proactive, accountable, and eager to learn new technologies.
